1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the India Safaari website, mobile applications, or any services offered by Devraj Travel Agency (collectively referred to as "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. About the Services

India Safaari provides cab booking, outstation taxi, airport transfer, and customized tour package services through its website and associated digital platforms. The Services enable users to arrange and schedule transportation with verified drivers and third-party transportation providers affiliated with Devraj Travel Agency.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.
  • India Safaari reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Booking & Payment

4.1 Advance Payment

All bookings require a minimum 20% advance payment to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is payable directly to the driver or as communicated by India Safaari at the time of service.

4.2 Pricing

All fares displayed on the platform are indicative and may vary based on actual distance, route conditions, tolls, and applicable taxes. India Safaari strives to provide transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden charges.

4.3 Toll Tax & Extras

Toll taxes, state entry taxes, parking fees, and any government-imposed charges are excluded from the base fare and are payable by the passenger directly unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.

4.4 Payment Methods

Payments may be made via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, or other methods as made available on the platform.

5. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the advance amount.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the advance.
  • In the event of a no-show or failure to board at the scheduled time and location, the full advance amount will be forfeited.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must provide accurate pickup location details and remain reachable at the provided contact number at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup.
  • Passengers must verify the driver's identity and vehicle number plate before boarding.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of narcotic substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
  • Passengers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings and luggage during the journey.

7. Luggage Policy

  • Sedans: Maximum 2 large bags and 2 small bags.
  • SUVs / Innova: Maximum 4 large bags.
  • Each bag must not exceed 158 cm (length + width + height) and 32 kg in weight.
  • Excess luggage beyond the stated limits may be refused at the driver's discretion.

8. Vehicle & Driver Assignment

  • India Safaari assigns vehicles and drivers based on availability and the category selected during booking.
  • Specific car brands, models, or registration numbers cannot be guaranteed. Any 4+1 seat vehicle may be provided for Sedan category, and any 6+1 seat vehicle for SUV category.
  • Drivers are verified and background-checked professionals affiliated with or employed by Devraj Travel Agency's network.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • India Safaari (Devraj Travel Agency) shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural calamities, traffic conditions, road closures, political disturbances, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • India Safaari shall not be liable for passengers missing trains, flights, or events due to unforeseen delays.
  • India Safaari's maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the total fare paid for the specific booking in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the India Safaari website and applications — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design — is the property of Devraj Travel Agency and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Modifications to Terms

India Safaari reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
